Promotion of goods and services of the client (search for goods and services) in the Russian Federation.

• Receipt of the client's application letter, describing client's goods and services in the most detailed manner (or required goods and services). Application letter has to specify the main criteria of the requested Russian partner or details of the client's commercial offer and has to be accompanied by the client's company profile.
• Preparation and delivery of the Russian CCI letters (based on the clients application letter) to the designated organizations and companies of the Russian Federation.

If payment for any service is made by a person or a company registered for tax purposes (through TFN or ABN) in Australia, then a 10% GST will be added to the final contract price.

• Lobbying the client's interests during preliminary negotiations with Russian organizations and companies.
• Placement of the information about client's goods and services in Business Information Exchange Network (BIEN) of the Russian CCI.
• Free of charge placement of company personal virtual stand in the resource of BIEN "Virtual Exhibitions of the Russian CCI" for the period of 6 month.
• Opening of personal card in the Integrated Resource of Business Information in BIEN.
• Resending of the letters in case of no answers received from designated organizations and companies.
• Presentation to the client of all sent letters and received answers.

The service is considered complete, in case of:

• The Chamber presents to the client not less than one Russian company willing to use the goods and services (or supply goods and services) and interested in future negotiations.
• The Chamber has fulfilled all above mentioned actions, however unable to provide a successful result during the period of the service.

Support of the client in the Russian Federation, assistance in negotiations and future entrepreneur activities.

• Information and consulting services on a wide range of the client's activities in the Russian Federation.
• Organization and support of the clients negotiations in Russia or abroad.
• Organization of the business meetings with designated audience (potential partners).
• Legal support in preparation of the contracts and agreements.
• Assistance in information and consultancy concerning the commercial legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Visa support to visit Russian Federation including a multi-entry visa.
• Assistance in accommodation in Moscow's and other cities of the Russian Federation hotels.
• Car rental services (including driver).
• Guide-interpreter services.
• Documents translation and legalization.
• Organization of sightseeing tours (including theaters, museums, places of interest, fishing, hunting etc).
• Assistance in visiting or participation in exhibitions and fairs in the Russian Federation.
• Security support of the client in the Russian Federation (including armored or unarmored guarding).
• Other required services.

The price of each of the above mentioned activities has to be negotiated with the client in advance. As soon as the price and conditions of each service are agreed by both parties, the client compensates Russian CCI expenditures. The Chamber starts to fulfill its obligations upon receiving the payment.
